Single Ccccta-Based Miso Voltage-Mode Universal Biquad Filter

چکیده

This paper presents a single current controlled current conveyor trans-conductance amplifier (CCCCTA)based multi-input single output (MISO) voltage-mode universal biquad filter. The proposed filter employs only single CCCCTA, two capacitors and one permanently grounded resistor. The proposed filter realizes all the standard filter functions i.e. low pass (LP), band pass (BP) and high pass (HP), band reject (BR) and all-pass (AP) filters in the voltage form ,through appropriate selection of the input voltage signals. The circuit does not require inverting-type input voltage signal(s) and double input voltage signal(s) to realize any response in the design. The filter enjoys attractive features, such as orthogonal tunability of pole frequency and quality factor, low sensitivity performance and low power consumptions of .119 mW. The circuit enjoys a current control of pole frequency and quality factor. The validity of proposed filter is verified through PSPICE simulations.
